Julie L. Williams was born in Inchon, South Korea, adopted when she was three, and became a US Citizen in 1976. She grew up in Northville, Michigan. Mrs. Williams graduated from Eastern Michigan University while working as a paralegal for a prestigious mid-size general practice law firm in Farmington Hills. Graduating with an American Bar Association approved Paralegal Bachelor of Science degree she decided to attend Thomas M. Cooley law school’s three year program and graduated in the top half of her class. Mrs. Williams is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan, licensed in Michigan, a member of the Federal Bar for the Eastern District of Michigan, Women Lawyer’s Association, Probate & Estate Planning Section of the Bar, the Oakland County Women Lawyer’s Association of Michigan and is very active in protecting children and their rights.
